Mari's Japanese sweets are unforgettable once you've tried them; they are gentle, elegant, and comforting.
Just like Mari herself.
This time, we have the classic "tsubuan" botamochi,
Two types of "Kinako" Botamochi, made of glutinous rice dough wrapped around bean paste and sprinkled with fragrant soybean flour
moreover
Wrap the bean paste in a dough kneaded with mugwort and squeeze it tightly with your fingers.
We will make mugwort mochi shaped into cute shapes.
This is a classic Japanese sweet that you'll want to make again and again every time spring arrives.
