Kim Na Rae
Born in Incheon, South Korea.
After graduating from Hattori Nutrition College in Japan, he trained in Italian and Mediterranean restaurants.
In 2015, he began working as a chef, teaching Korean cooking classes and providing catering services.
We are committed to creating dishes that appeal to all five senses, that are not only delicious to taste but also beautiful to look at.
Currently, she is active in creating original recipes that incorporate Korean medicinal cuisine, which continues to develop in its own unique way, as well as dishes that are good for health and reach the core of the body, based on the flavors of her mother, who is from Daegu, South Korea, and her grandfather, who is from North Korea, whose dishes are mild but flavorful, without any spiciness.
