Italian Cuisine Akiko Katano Cooking Class

"Italian Cuisine - Akiko Katano Cooking Class"

4/15(Sat) 11:00-13:30

4/16(Sun) 11:00-13:30

We have invited Akiko Katano, who runs the cooking school "apeya cucina" in Tokyo, and Morimi Kobayashi of "Casa Morimi," an importer of Italian ingredients, to host an "Italian Dining" event.

Akiko's cooking class, her first in Kumamoto, will teach us how to make spring-like dishes full of Italian aromas using ingredients and seasonings from Casa Morimi.

We hope that by hearing from the two of them about the producers' thoughts, life in Italy, how they use seasonings, and other topics, and learning the background of the ingredients and dishes, we can further enrich our everyday meals.

We will also be introducing a wide range of Casa Morimi ingredients (olive oil, pasta, and other seasonings, etc.).

Please make your reservation via our website.
