Mari Watanabe Japanese sweets class

We will be inviting Mari Watanabe from Niseko, Hokkaido to hold a Japanese sweets class.

Mari's Japanese sweets are unforgettable once you've tried them; they are gentle, elegant, and comforting.

Just like Mari herself.

The last time it was held was in March.

This is the second time, and since it's October, it's chestnut sweets.

・ Chestnut snow cake

・Kinton chestnuts

I will teach you these two types.

To make chestnut yukimochi, chestnuts are simmered in a sweet broth and then strained to make chestnut paste.

This chestnut paste is used to make fluffy chestnut snow mochi.

Following on from last time,

There are souvenirs available for you to take home.
