On the first day, Saturday, March 16th

We will be holding a "Yoshitomi Sushi Party".

The store is located in Akasaka, Fukuoka.

Right next to the fish market.

A simple gate covered in ivy.

Once inside

What you see,

What goes into the mouth,

Although it's casual about all of that

I feel that there is an aesthetic sense that cannot be replicated anywhere else.

Sushi made by the second-generation chef, Tomoko Watanabe, and

Snacks and desserts by chef Ai Hosokawa.

The serving dishes are, of course, works by Hosokawa Morimitsu.

A unique experience that can only be had here
