Ai Hosokawa Cooking Camp "Italian Dinner and International Breakfast"



Titled "Cooking Camp"


The cooking class will be held over two days.



The class on Saturday, June 15th will run from late afternoon until early evening.



The theme for the first day is early summer Italian cuisine.



After learning about handmade pasta and a variety of dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients,


Let's all gather around the table, drink and eat, just like we would at home, enjoying the leisurely time of the evening.



The theme of the second day will be breakfasts from countries around the world that Ai Hosokawa has traveled to.


This time it's Turkey.


In Kumamoto, where summer vegetables and fruits are in season early, let's make dishes that use plenty of vegetables and fruits.


While talking about the trip,


I hope to spend a wonderful morning with you all.
